JGB was initially founded under the name “SMG-NGG BULLION” by Mr. Ekapun Paphithak in collaboration with SMG Group. The company was legally registered on 15/08/2022 and is officially recognized and licensed by Bank of the Lao PDR.
On 04/07/2023, Mr. Ekaphan Phaphithack sold all his shares to SMG Group and changed the company’s official name to “JGB Joint Gold Bullion Import-Export Co., Ltd.”
