- What data will be deleted?
Upon your request, JGB will permanently delete your account profile, login credentials, and all personal information collected during your use of our services (such as your name, email address, and contact details).

- How to submit a request:
You can initiate the deletion process by:
- In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- Email: Contact our support team at support@jgbbullion.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 3-7 business days.
